Can anyone can provide I2C and GPIO, PWM vb.net sample code in windows 10, also the relative SDK, DLL are necessary.

Please download and install Up Framework https://downloads.up-community.org/download/up-sdk-for-windows-10-and-windows-iot/
We have provided GPIO C++ demo but you can use VB, C# language through UpBridge library.
