UpCore 100 pin Connector Location

I am trying to determine the correct location of the 100 pin connector. In the UpCore Carrier Design guide, I see two conflicting locations for the connector. Page 15 and page 19 show different dimensions:

Page 15:

(4.2mm/2)+1.5m=3.6mm

Page 19:

This shows 4.05mm for the same dimension.

When I physically measure the board, I measure 3.75mm to the center of the connector from the edge of the PCB.

I'm going to assume the 3.6mm dimension is correct? Can anyone from UpCore confirm the correct center location for the 100 pin connector?
