Dism apply image error: 38 when trying to install Windows 10 IoT Core 17763

I think the .ffu zipped in UP Board / UP Core Windows IoT Core RS5_17763 is incomplete, because when trying to run the DISM /ApplyImage... the system informs error 38 (reached the end of the file).
The size of the .ffu after unzip is: 688 MB but the size of the previous version you can download from: Windows IoT Core for UP Board is 1.08 GB. This old FFU can be used with DISM without any problem.
