Voltage level of PMU_SLP_S0IX_N

In the carrier board design guide, you specify the voltage level of PMU_SLP_S0IX_N to be V1P8. However, in its place on the high/low speed carrier boards you have the net PMU_SLP_S0IX_N_3P3 which is pulled up to V3P3A.
I would like to know (i) is this pin 1.8V or 3.3V and (ii) whether or not it needs to be pulled up with an external resistor.
