[SOLVED/ANSWERED]Windows GPIO using NodeJS

I have used NodeJS to manipulate GPIOs on the Pi running Linux with no problem. How do I access the GPIO pins using NodeJS through Windows 10? Totally perplexed here. In Linux everything is a file - even the GPIO. Windows - no clue.
