[ECN] to be added in "NetPlus"

Dear developers,

In case you would like to use NetPlus with UP Xtreme, and your NetPlus board was received before 2020/1/1. We would like you to contact shop@up-board.org to implement the rework.

We notice that NetPlus needs to be added one resistor to make it work with UP Xtreme, therefore a new ECN will be added on NetPlus. All NetPlus shipments will be on hold till the ECN is implemented. If you are using NetPlus on UP Core Plus, you can use full function of NetPlus without rework.

We are regret causing your inconvenience.
