[ANSWERED]Coreboot - Intel FSP

Hello,
I am working to prepare a BIOD for INTEL xeon e2176m processor with coreboot and have stucked. As you see in attached file, i had a problem that shows MRC: couldn't read metadata; MRC: Invalid header in 'RW_MRC_CACHE'. Is there anyone who can help or direct me? I feel really stucked.

    Hello, this is not an Intel Forum or Coreboot forum but it is only about the UP Series of Single Board Computers.
