Looking for Display Port adapter to DVI

After trying two different adaptor without success, I would like to check if someone already managed to use an Display Port to DVI adaptor.
Using the display port connected to the monitor display port works, using the adaptor for connecting to the DVI port fails.

Any recommendation are welcome.
