Up Vision Plus X board not detected

I have the board plugged into my Up Xtreme board and fan is powered on when running, yet nothing is detected by the system, lspci nor lsub shows the devices I'm expecting to see (they list supported on the website for the xtreme and this expansion board)

Please help as I'd really like to use this instead of return it...

You are missing a cable from the Vision Plus X packaging.
