UART line for serial console on Up squared

in UP Squared Hardware Specification

Hi,
I see in the hardware specs of up squared, and it is not clear to me whether there is a UART connection like the original up-board where you can have the access to UEFI settings and also can be used as serial console of the OS.

Can someone confirm this?
