Problem shutdown - UP Squared board : Celeron Duo Core 4GB memory/32GB eMMC

Hi,
We have the next problem when the board is connected with hdmi, always is on, but when you quit the wire, shutdown. I don't know why???

We have another board similar and works ok. We reinstall windows in two times and always do the same.... We use in both windows LTSC Tell us anything about it, please.
