Windows 10 crashes if more then one core are enabled in the bios

If only one core is enabled in the bios, Windows 10 runs stable on the Up Core Plus hardware.
If two or more cores are enabled, Windows 10 crashes with areboot pretty soon.
Any ideas?
Does anybody have Windows 10 being running un Up Core Plus???
