Up Core Plus with Windows 10 crashes during graphics driver installation

When I try to install this driver (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29058/Intel-Graphics-Windows-10-DCH-Drivers?product=96485) the system crashes.
Any ideas?

This up community download link does not work because the ZIP file gets to big. This error message comes within a file of the download: "Some files weren't downloaded. Maximum zip file size limit reached. Zip file size cannot be greater than 200 MB"
