Up Core Gateway 'without' onboard WiFi?

Hi
I just got a Up Core Gateway https://up-shop.org/up-systems/282-upc-gws01w4g-memory32g-emmc-boardw-vesa-plate.html it has an antenna and its written specs says it has onboard WiFi however in Ubuntu, it says wifi adaptor not found
What could be the issue here? please help

Have you followed the instructions in our wiki to install Ubuntu, the UP Core Kernel and the WiFi drivers?
If not please follow the tutorial available for Ubuntu 16.04 or 18.04:
