Factory Reset/Wipe Partitions

Hi there,
What is the best way to restore an UpBoard to a factory (out of the box) state? I would like to wipe all partitions installed.

Use a live Ubuntu image and use gparted to delete all the partitions on the board.
You can also rewrite the emmc partition table.
