Admin access to bios and cant boot from usb.
Turns on and gets into bios. but i'm only logged in as a user and options are greyed out.
also cant boot from known good bootable USB's. bios can see them but doesnt boot from them.
have tried an easy2boot stick and Fedora WS 30 live image.

we were now able to boot a eufi windows 10 image, but secure boot seems to be locked on as we only have user access in the bios

For give me. i have worked this out myself. I was trying to boot off the daughter board USB port. my USB stick was too fat to fit next to the Display Port . ended up trying to use a USB hub for more ports and it worked off the primary USB port.
Just an FYI the bios could see the USB stick on the daughter board but it wouldn't boot off it.
