Problems with UP-CHT01-A12-0432

Hello Everybody,
I have recently order 2 boards UP-CHT01-A12-0432 from Mouser.
But when I try to use both of hem they didn't start at all (nothing on the screen except notice "No signal ") and the blue light of the board is glowing and the fan is running.
Both power supply and the monitor(with same HDMI cable) working fine with nVidia Jetson Nano development kit.
I have used recommender adapter (5V/4A).
From Mouser support I have receive statement that the technical support is provided by UP community.
Please advise me what I should do because I really need these boards running.
