Mini PC boot problem

I have Mini PC : Core i7 8550U (4C), 8G memory, 256GB SSD
The device started normally about 10 times. Then it is completely dumb. Nothing happens when you press the power switch.
Unplugging BIOS battery may help. Pictures may help opening the case and locating battery.

I think it is not a problem of BIOS battery. In my opinion the mini PC does not work because of power supplier... I think you can try to change the power supplier...
