Problem getting UART working on UP squared using windows 10 64 bit.

I cannot seem to get the UART ports running on windows 10 for the up squared board. I flashed the OS then updated all drivers using the provided drivers and still nothing. Has anybody else run into this issue and resolve it? Please let me know. Thanks!

i'm struggling with the same problem but i can't reach any solution!

Temporary solution to export UART to user mode in windows, run setUart.bat as administrator, MinComm.exe -list can show available UART.
