UP2 won't power ON - How to initiate RMA?

Hi,
my board suddenly turned itself off and it won't power on.
When the board is connected to the power, the board becomes very hot, blue LED is off, no HDMI and it won't power on.
I already tried to resolve the problem using the power pin, without success,
I also tried to reset the BIOS settings by removing the RTC battery, without success,
I tried to press the power button for one minute without success.

The board is mounted in the aluminum case (EP-CHUPSMTVAUPS).

My board's part number is
UPS-APLP4-A10-08128
I purchased from Mouser on 05/29/18

How can I solve this problem?
How can I initiate a RMA request?
