Booting Error (Freezing)

Hi

There was freezing error when up board was booting.

  1. It takes almost 35 seconds to be displayed UP logo after turning on the power
  2. After displaying UP logo, up board became freezing status.
  3. And also, we have to wait a few minutes to enter BIOS setting mode, after pushing ESC button.
  4. When we turn off power, display became off, but cooling FAN and LED was still running.
  5. Reset is workable, but the board has been frozen again...
  6. After BIOS initialization, we can't see improving at all.

Please let us know the trouble shooting?
