Keras Model training on UP AI Core XM 2280

I ordered a UP AI Core XM 2280 in the hope that I can do Keras model training using the hardware. Yes I know it is slow compared to the cloud, but I have a control project that cannot train in the cloud. I'm compiling tensorflow 2.0 alpha on the mobile arm64 SBC with an m.2 slot for the UP AI Core XM 2280. I can train a Keras model locally using CPU, but I want to speed up the training using the UP AI Core XM 2280.
