OpenVino for UpSquared

I purchased 5 pieces of UpSquared with Intel Atom Chip.
They have preinstalled OpenVino and the version is very low.
Now OpenVino latest version is 2019.
Those IR models converted with OpenVino 2019 version or later 2018 version can't be loaded. The error is
Error reading network: cannot parse future versions: 5
or
Error reading network: cannot parse future versions: 4

That is because preinstalled OpenVino is old version.
Any optimization in preinstalled OpenVino for Atom?
Can I install latest OpenVino? Since OpenVino doesn't support Intel Atom, I am worried for the performance.
