Windows 10 IoT Core OS Upgrade

I am currently running Windows 10 IoT Corer on my up squared the OS version is 10.0.15063.0
I would like to upgrade it to at a IoT Core 1809.
How would I go about doing this, automatic updates doesn't seem to work?
