Using UP board for commercial purpose

Hi,
I am looking for windows SBC for using commercial purpose. Which will be the best option, price, performance and memory. I checked with UP Core Plus (149$) it comes with windows(which edition I don't know) , do I need an enterprise edition to use it for commercial use. Please suggest your valuable ideas, about boards, about OS version etc.
