GStreaming pipeline for Up Board

Please, somebody can pass me a pipeline of gstreamer that works in UP Board?. I'm begginer and Im not able to get RTSP streaming via hardware, I read I probably should use vaapi. Im trying for 2 weeks but nothing
What I'm trying to use is the Daemon Camera Manager of dronecode with the r200, but any way to get rtsp is welcome,software comand line..
