Up Squared Board Support Package N4200 Pentium

I'm trying to create an embedded system using Windows 10 IOT Core. Part of this process requires the Board Support Package BSP for the processor used on the UP2. Can you please point me in the proper direction?

I'm using the intel Pentium N4200 chip PN: UPS-APLP4-A10-0432 (Intel® Pentium™ N4200 - 4GB DDR4 + 32GB eMMC)

I can confirm that the BSP's refereed to in the Windows IOT Core Manufacturing guide will NOT work. How was the up-squared-XYZ123.ffu even created?
