Date Effective: active by running change from May, 2019

Purpose of Change:
1. Implement prevention on power circuit to prevent PC boot up error at high-frequency power on-off .
2. Change eMMC brand from Hynix to Sandisk(32G/64G) and Kingston(16G) 3D flash due to Hynix eMMC EOL.
3. AAEON has thoroughly tested and qualified Sandisk/Kingston eMMC.
