Up Squared locking up when left on for long periods

Hello,

We have several Up Squared boards (PN: UPS-APLP4-A10-0864) with Windows 10 Pro installed, and are having a problem where they tend to lock up and become unresponsive after being left on for long periods (1-4 days). Nothing shows up in Event Viewer, and Reliability History is clear. We've tried shutting off all sleep and hibernation settings, in both Windows and the BIOS, and we're using the recommended 6A power supplies. Has anyone else experienced this? Any possible solutions we should try?

Have you tried updating the BIOS to V5.0 by downloading it directly from Downloads site?
If not, please give it a try
