Ubilinux 3.0 installation on new UP Board

Is it possible to install Ubilinux 3.0 on the latest UP boards?
Currently trying to install Ubilinux 3.0 on an UP that is about 2 months old and when the installer is trying to install files to the EMMC it can't find the drive. Ubilinux 4.0 installs fine.
