Library to use the ISP

Hello,
I see Intel push there's an ISP on the chip but I can't find a library to use it. Documentation describes pins for a thousand pages but working for consumer market, my doesn't have the time to develop a library internally. Is there one developed or in development ?

ISP is very sensitive item as I review. Only board maker and intel have the library and tools for ISP.
