WiFi - Win10 - Stuck at 'Secured, No Internet'.

Really hoping someone can help as I'm at the end of my tether with this!
I've tried two Up Cores with Win 10 installed. I have the WiFi driver in place and I can see other network locations but internet access will not work. Against any WiFi network or if I tether my phone it connects but says 'No Internet, Secured'.
The networks are fine and this only happens with these Up core boards. If I try and load websites the browser says 'This site is not secure', and 'Your PC doesn't trust this website's security certificate'. I can view the certificate and it looks okay, so this tells me that the device can actually see the internet. I've double checked date and time settings and all is correct.
Does anyone have any clues?! Cheers.
