Mechanical change to UP board Heatsink ?

Hello,
I have build some hardware to integrate the UP boards and with my latest order of up boards for a small devices I got a series of Board with heatsink without the fixation holes that were previously existing ! Is this a production error ? 
Left new board, right original board which I used for the design of my holders ... using the 4 existing holes which aren't existing anymore in the latest order !
