UP Squared 7100 SBC Exteremly sluggish 19th percentile perfomance in User Benchark

Hello,
I have the UP Squared 7100 SBC and for some reason in windows 11 IoT and ubuntu 20.04 and 24.04, the sbc is extremely sluggish. Theres no bios firmware on the up squared 7100 download page but I did install all the windows updates and it was still sluggish after. I have attached the bench results. CPU temps are normal and in task manager it seems like there is a high fluctuating process named system interrupt usage in task manager. Hovering around 30% to 60% usage
