12V power for PCIe adapter
I'm using a i12 UP-Extreme Intel Core i3 board.
I have a M.2 M-Key to PCIe 3 x 4 adapter cable kit that I was planning on using for a 10Gbbps fiber optic PCIe Network Adapter (StarTech P/N: PEX10GSFP) , is there a 12V pin available on the motherboard? Or do I need to build a special 12V board and steal it from the power supply?

Hi @weinhard
There is no +12V pin available on the board.
Only +5V or +3.3V on HAT40.
You can refer to the user manual as this link.

Just to follow up. I was able to wire the PCIe 10GbE card into the i12 UP-Extreme by using an M.2 to PCIe adapter cable kit. I had to rig-up my own 12V power supply and provide a 3.3V converter for the PCIe adapter. It was fairly straightforward.
