UP squared 6000 robotic kit

Hello,
currently, I'm working on UP squared 6000 robotic kit. the robotic kit was working fine, I tried to program the STM32F103RCT6 mcu via ST link V2. I uploaded the LED code in the STM32F103RCT6 mcu available on the Motor controller, I did not get any output, but on the motor controller two LEDs are there (Red and Green) , the Green LED stopped blinking after uploading the code.
after that, I tried to program the robotic kit and ran the wandering application, I'm facing an error and the robot is not moving. Kindly solve the problem
