Will Windows XP Work?

i know windows xp is super old and everyone has moved on, but for my project windows xp is what i have configured. i have a mame arcade machine that i made some time ago and its build around XP. i would try using 10 but it doesn't shell that well and has too many features that aren't needed for a mame machine. if XP does work i think this would be an awesome solid state upgrade to my machine. thanks for any info in advance!

Have you considered making the change to Linux? mame runs fine on it and you can easily configure it to run however you like.
