What kind of vision softwares are managed by the Up-boards ?

Hi everybody,
I am working on a big project to integrate vision with AI for an aeronautic industry.
We could use a "big" industrial PC equiped with a GPU but it is not an exciting way and we prefer explore a more disruptive way in using UP boards.

I began to read a lot of documentation about UP-board but I'm wondering if someone has tried to use Cognex Designer and Cognex ViDi (A.I.) on it ?

These softwares are working on Windows and usefull for deploying solutions for the industry.
You spend your time to use the application, not to develop and code.
