What is the power consumption of the Up Core Plus?

I mean max, idle, suspended and off.

This is an overview of the UPC-PLUS power consumption.

Tested configuration:
E3950
8GB
64GB
Windows 10 without WiFi Link

Max: 15W on burn In test full load
Idle: 4.8W
Suspend: 0.24W
Off: 0.15W
