Bluetooth in Ubuntu 14.04 is not enabled for the up core

I tried to connect my Bluetooth device to my upcore, but I don't even see it enabled when I look. Is there a way to enable Bluetooth by default. Is there a way to interact with the upcore through BLE to configure wifi access?

Ubuntu 14.04 is not supported.

If you want to enable BT you need to install Ubuntu 16.04 from this tutorial where we provide an update kernel and additional packages to support WiFi and BT: https://wiki.up-community.org/Ubuntu
