BIOS Does not have "Windows 10 IOT Core" option

Hello-
Trying to get my first UP Squared board on line and working. I downloaded the image and am following the directions in the PDF. On page 6, there is an OS selection section that shows Windows, Android, Win7, Intel Linux and Windows 10 IOT Core. I'm missing the Windows IOT Core Option?!?

Sorry- I failed to mention that this is UPS-APLP4-A10-0432 Intel® Pentium™ N4200 - 4GB DDR4 + 32GB eMMC.

Just reporting back that the system will boot from USB when configured to "windows" in the BIOS.

I'm sorry not to have seen your comment until now due to the holidays in the US. I do see that my Bios appears to be at V2.1. The instructions refer to updating from V1.8??
