Question about laptop connect to up squared board

Hi Sir,

my laptop can't recognize up squared board via USB cable.
there are two devices are missing on the device manager under Windows.
- ADB interface
- CDC serial

I tried to install drivers, but, nothing works.

is there anyone know how to fix it?

Do you need to access the storage on the UP Squared from your laptop or open a serial console?

Hi DCleri,
I would like to use Arduino create to develop code.
Just follow up the one of steps which indicates to plug USB cable for sending Create profile to board.

  if board can't be recognized,
       I could not use Arduino create.

Please advise.
