eMMC not recognized

I just got the up board with 2GB RAM and 32GB eMMC. The eMMC doesn't show up in the BIOS nor in the EFI shell.
Attached is the snapshot of the EFI shell screen.
Do I need to change the BIOS setting to enable the eMMC?

Hi @ryanbhuvam ,

I recommend you to install the latest BIOS for UP board:
https://downloads.up-community.org/download/up-board-uefi-bios-upc1dm11/

Also, try to install the Ubilinux OS in your UP. It's an automatic installation so, just flash the image on a USB drive and run the board.
The Ubilinux should be installed in the entire eMMC memory disk.

I'm having the same problem -- the eMMC is not showing up as a boot option in the BIOS. I can't update the BIOS either. Is there any update?

Have you installed any operating system first? Windows, Linux or Android?
