Connecting 4 Intel Cameras on Up Squared

Hello everybody,
I'm currently working on a project where I have to connect 4 cameras from Intel (D435) on an Up Squared. I saw that there is 4 USB 3.0 but only 3 of them are USB A and the fourth one is a USB micro B. We already test with a USB micro B to USB C cable to connect a camera on this port but it didn't work... So, is it possible to connect a camera on this port ? If so, how ?
I work on an Up Squared with Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS.
Thanks.
Kevin

Hi @bertrand2310 ,
I think the easy way is to use a microUSB to USB cable or an USB hub for all cameras, makes senses?
Cheers!

Hi @ccalde
We try the hub but and this can be a solution but we prefer connect one camera per port because if we connect at least 2 cameras on one port, some latence appears. And for the microUSB B to USB cable was also a test we realized and it didn't work...
Thanks

Hi @bertrand2310,
You need to install one specific Linux system for UP board...

Ubuntu 18 is still not supported for UP platforms.
Cheers!
