Read CPU Temperature

Hi,
I want to read the CPU temperature with WMI. but I get a NotSupportedException. I think that the up-board don't support WMI. I did try to read directly but I need a specific driver for it.
How can I read CPU temperature ? is there any driver for it?
Hardware => Up Squared Intel Pentium N4200 Apollo Lake CPU
OS => Windows 10 LTSB1607
