UP core board interface with wireless impact detection sensor

I am trying to monitor the reading of wireless impact detection sensor https://store.ncd.io/product/iot-wireless-impact-detection-sensor/ with Up core board and this kind of sensor is using mesh module as the transmitter as well as the receiver to receive the data (connected through USB) for creating the private network but I need to know how can we configure this device with UP board easily as I am new to this criteria and never used this kind of solution before so some suggestion will be very helpful

note: any sample code to understand this kind of solution will be very helpful
