Board not working

Hi there
I just receive my board two weeks ago,
The get started guide told me to use 5V D.C. to power the board
When I plug in the power to board, there's nothing happened, no HDMI display, no any light or led signal.
Even when I push the button beside the power pin or even the power pin

Is there any indicators on the broad shows that it has been powered or I have used a wrong method to power the board?

Or if the board is abnormal, is there any ways to request an rma?

    Hi felixleung,
    The board needs 3A@5V or 4A@5V. Can you check your adapter spec?

    Hi,

    It seems you guys have no response from email for 7 days.

    Does my case still alive?

    My current situation is some white smoke goes out from the USB 3.0 port when I use another 3A@5V Power Adapter, with the Blue LED is on. But have no output to HDMI or even power to the keyboard / mouse.

    Please help.

    Keep on ignoring my remarks.... Please explain Why your number is fake. If upon my return from summer holidays I don't find my board(s) at home I will officially report your scam. I have the means, be sure.

    I don't know why you are saying that our number ( which number ?? ) is fake.
    Anyway, your board will be shipped out tomorrow.
    For your chassis you have to wait until end of September or we can cancel the order if you prefer.

    The number on you website (+31 (0) 499 745 201) is not functional. Tried from 3 different countries, mobile and landline.

    It's the number of the forwarder ( Panalpina ).
    We are verifying it but from next week we will put our umber on the shipment to avoid these problems

    Good to hear. No need to cancel the order(s), some reliable dates are sufficient. Is the active cooler also available by now?

    we have some cooler on stock still under testing.
    If it's urgent we can try to provide to you soon.
    We had to modify a bit to improve performances ( it's the one we designed for Intel Real Robotic Development Kit to guarantee full functions at full CPU and GPU load )
