Board doesn't start , led on, maybe i broke it ?

Hi , i just got an upboard and i am trying to start playing with it.
The board is not starting , the Led is on , and sometimes it blinks . But i have one other issue , i tried powering the board from a pc power supply because i did not have any 5V/3A power supplies , but i made a mistake and power the board with reverse current, (i connected the + on the board to - on the power supply , and the same with the - ). The board does the same thing now as it did before it just powers the led , and nothing happens .
could i damaged the board when i powered it ?

You should check your HDMI port and try another display.If it doesn't work,try to hold "F7" when starting it to enter BIOS.

If you reversed the input to the board it is likely damaged, they do not seem to have protection for reverse polarity.
