Up squared serial port is not working

I have installed ubuntu 16.04 server on UP squared grove, i have connected USB cable to micro usb port on Up square and Laptop, i am able to boot the Up square but serial port is not working when i check with device manger->ports in setting. i also checked with arduino create , there also same issue.

i have solved the issue, now serial port is working fine.
