Intel PTT (firmware TPM 2.0) available?

Hello!

Based on the specification and the information in this forum, I'm still not sure:
Does the UP board (or any of its variants) have a Intel PTT firmware TPM running and accessible as part of its Intel ME?
If not, are there plans to make it available? (as the platform seems to be generally capable of supporting it)

The TPM chip is not present onboard but it can be connected to the I/O header.
